By natural mutation this variety gave rise to most Arabicas. This is a very delicate variety with distinctive cinnamon and Honey notes. Expect dark chocolate notes too!
We just received this microlot from farmer Omar Arango from his farm San Luis, based in El Libano, Tolima. Omar did the extra mile and decided to leave the pulp of the beans to dry so the beans start the process in a bed of soluble sugars.This humble trick facilitates an amazing transformation of delicate palette notes where you can identify sweet cinnamon notes and a very delicate lime acidity.
