This washed Caturra comes from the Inga community of Aponte in Nariño, descendants of the ancient, pre-hispanic Incas, at an average of 2150 meters above the sea level. This elevation, combined with the Galeras Volcano constatly shedding nutrient-rich ash, makes for an exceptionally complex and sweet coffee.

This batch showcases green apple acidity with notes of caramel and cacao.
